Parallel AIO operation

I have a Gateway and a pair of AIOs (also an EV charger and a third party solar system with its own inverter, but that's not on topic here).
When the second AIO was installed, most of the settings moved from the AIO to the Gateway. Things like charging schedule, reserve capacity (in fact pretty-well everything) so there was only one place to fiddle about. Fine so far. Something recently changed in the GivEnergy app so a lot of these parameters that were unified in the Gateway have now disappeared and at least some have reappeared in the parameter listings for the individual AIOs. Apart from this being a bit irritating (trying to keep both in step) I'm not convinced that it's working properly at all and some parameters when supposedly written correctly revert to their previous settings. It's as though the app is no longer aware of the hardware configuration and the need to access parameters in the Gateway rather than the individual AIOs. The cloud app still looks correct, but I can't use it because I'm not a subscriber.
Anyway, to my question: does the GivEnergy Inverter Monitor cope with a configuration of more than one AIO attached to a Gateway? If it does, then I'll give it a go; but I don't want to spend forever trying to get it to work if it won't understand the configuration. Has anyone else on the forum got two (or more) AIOs on a Gateway?
